I don’t believe in rewarding superior ability

I don’t believe that educational credentials should be rewarded.

I don’t believe that superior intelligence should be rewarded.

I don’t believe that superior talent and ability should be rewarded.

I believe in rewarding people for what they accomplish using whatever education, intelligence, talent and ability they have.
